Welcome to the “CAMPORALL” where Scouting Action takes place and “Celebrating the Scouting Family” IS the program!!! “Recognizing 90 years of Camp Ingawanis – Adventure Base!!!”
Our entire Scouting Family from Tiger Cubs to very experienced senior Eagle Scouts will gather for a weekend of excitement and adventure.
The “CAMPORALL” will have activities for All Ages — children, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturers, Families, Parents, Scouting Alumni, Friends of Scouting, Chartered Partners and many others — a true Celebration of our Scouting Family.
There will be many of the regular camping program opportunities to participate in with exciting demonstrations, interesting displays for everyone to enjoy. The CAMPORALL only comes around every ten years or so — you do not want to miss this opportunity.
FOR: Boy Scout Troops and Venture Crews are encouraged to set-up camp for the weekend in a “jamboree-style” encampment. Fifth Grade Webelos may camp with their affiliated troop under the troop’s supervision. (Troops and Crews register as a unit.)
FOR: Individuals, Families and Scouting Friends — “One-Day-Saturday Only” passes may be purchased by all other participants and families. Special Group functions will be held beginning Friday the 10th throughout the entire weekend. Check listings for details.
CAMPORALL fees are $10.00 per person, whether camping with a Boy Scout Troop/Venture Crew or attending on Saturday only. Saturday Only participants will receive a ‘Picnic Sack Lunch’ as part of their fee. All participants to receive a commemorative patch.
Projected programs for the entire Celebration for Scouting Family participation will include, but not limited to are:
> REUNIONS and GATHERINGS — to Share and Remember —
- All Winnebago Council Camp Staff Members – Old & New – Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the Council Ring.
- Order of the Arrow – WWW – Friday evening – 10:30 p.m. in the Native Indian Village area of Robin Hood.
- Scouting Alumni and N.E.S.A. Members – Saturday morning – 10:00 a.m. in McKinstry Lounge of the Dining Hall.
- Eagle Claw participants – Saturday morning – 10:00 a.m. at the Council Ring.
- Wood Badge “Critters” – Saturday afternoon – 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel area.
- National and World Jamboree Participants and Staff – Saturday afternoon – 1:00 p.m. in the Council Ring.
- Chartered Partners and Friends of Scouting Supporters – Friday afternoon – 1:00 p.m. in the Dining Hall.
> OUTDOORS ACTIVITIES —
***All program areas will be Open — Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Sunday morning 10:00 a.m. to Noon. (unless noted differently).

- For Youth 10-years and under: -BB GUNS -SLING SHOT -PEDDLE CARS
- For Youth 11-years and older: -.22 RIFLE -TARGET PAINTBALL -MOUNTAIN BIKING
- MOUNTAIN BOARDING (You must be 12 years old to participate in mountain boarding.)
> OTHER ACTIVITIES —
- Nature ‘Night Hike’ for all participants. Saturday evening at 10:00 p.m. at the Outdoor Skills shelters.
- Orienteering Course for those 11-years or older. Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at the Outdoor Skills shelters.
- C.O.P.E. ‘Low Course’ adventure – for those 11-years or older. Saturday Program times only.
- Climbing Tower – for those 11-years or older. Saturday Program times only.
- Cub Tower – for those 7-10 years of age. Saturday Program times only.
- FUN and GAMES – for All ages. Saturday Program times only in the Dining Hall area.
> DISPLAYS, ETC. —
Open during all Program time on Saturday Only. Locations will vary.
***CAMPORALL ‘Official Entrance’ will be the EAST GATE area!!!
**Special Services Available:
- Health @ Camp Health Lodge and Outdoor Skills Shelters.
- Trading Posts @ Camp Trading Post and Outdoor Skills Shelters.
- Information Booths @ Camp Director’s Lodge, Outdoor Skills Shelters and East Gate “Check-In” area.
- Restrooms may be found at designated campsites, Dining Hall and conveniently place ‘Porta-Potties’ throughout the camp.

CAMPING-UNIT GUIDELINES and MORE
The following procedures are in place for every Boy Scout Troop and Venture Crew to provide a Safe and Wholesome environment at the CAMPORALL. Please use these guidelines to prepare for an exciting weekend of FUN and Adventure with the entire Scouting Family.
- All Units MUST have proper “Two-Deep” Adult Leadership at all times. All Leaders MUST have current “Youth Protection” training certification.
- All Units MUST have a Unit ‘First Aid Kit’ AND all participants Must have the proper Health and Medical Record for short-term stays at camp and the Unit Leadership is responsible for these papers in-hand.
- All ‘overnight campers’ MUST be registered in the B.S.A. and/or a parent/guardian of a participant camper.
- All Campers, Saturday Only Participants and CAMPORALL Staff will wear appropriate designated wristbands while at the event.
- Fifth Grade Webelos are allowed to participate under the supervision of a Boy Scout Troop.
- All Units will provide their own meal service, including food and cooking gear and water containers.
- Be prepared to bring an appropriate supply of firewood for unit use AND only ‘above-ground’ fire containers are to be used.
- NO chainsaws allowed in camp.
- Vehicles are allowed in camp ONLY to “Drop-Off’ trailers during the times of 2-6:00 p.m. on Friday and “Pick-Up” of trailers from 1-3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
